USA Roofing and Construction Inc is a family-owned roofing contractor working out of a shop at 1118 N 46 Terrace in Hollywood. The person who quotes your roof is accountable for it, and the number on the truck reaches the people doing the work.
We hold two state certifications — roofing licence CCC1337306 and building licence CBC1266379 — which is why the same company that strips your roof can rebuild the rotted deck underneath it. Nobody here works on commission, so no one earns more by selling you more roof than the problem needs.

How much does a new roof cost in South Florida?
It depends on the size, pitch and material of your roof. Our current published pricing starts at $6.00 per square foot for shingle roofs, $10.25 per square foot for tile and $10.75 per square foot for metal — permits and permit fees included, with no hidden fees or extra cost. The only way to get an exact number is a free on-site measurement and roof report, which we provide at no charge.
Do you really beat any written estimate?
Yes. Show us a written estimate from another licensed contractor for the same scope and materials, and we will beat it. We work with homeowners directly instead of paying commissioned salespeople, so the fees and commissions that inflate most roofing quotes are simply not in ours.
Can I finance my roof if I have bad credit?
Yes. We are a PACE-approved contractor and offer $0 down with 100% financing and no credit check required, secured and unsecured options, terms of 10, 20 or 30 years, and no pre-payment penalty. Many homeowners qualify for payments as low as $65 per month.
Are you licensed and insured?
We are a state-certified roofing contractor (license CCC1337306) and a state-certified building contractor (license CBC1266379), fully insured, PACE approved and a My Safe Florida Home approved contractor. Both license numbers appear on every estimate and permit we pull.

Do you work on commercial buildings as well as homes?
Yes. We roof condominiums, retail centres, warehouses and HOA buildings as well as single-family homes — low-slope membrane and modified bitumen on the flat sections, tile or metal where the building has pitch.
